Fine-dining in prisons: Online TripAdvisor reviews of The Clink training restaurants

This study evaluated customer reviews about The Clink restaurants to understand how they are rated and what experience is gained by fine dining in a prison. Charity runs training four U.K. prisons aims change attitudes transform lives through prisoner rehabilitation. research used an interpretive case of the evaluate online posted on TripAdvisor. In total, 3951 were analysed using Leximancer 5.0. most prominent themes Food: ‘fine-dining prisons’, Visit: ‘The ambassadors’, Prison: ‘the inside outside divide’. Despite prison location, customers reported having exceptional, professional memorable experiences delivered highly trained chefs, that front house staff would rival those many fine-dining restaurants. Further required confirm at restaurant may have potentially begun public perceptions prisoners.
